Mum & Dad's Laundromat has been part of the Goulburn community since 1994. Under current ownership since 2019, the business has been rebuilt from the ground up — new workflow design, commercial hygiene systems, and an expanded range of services to meet the needs of modern Goulburn households.
What We've Built
After taking over in 2019, we didn't just keep the doors open — we redesigned how the business operates. Machines were repositioned to improve workflow. Hygiene protocols were overhauled and formalised. Systems and procedures were introduced across every part of the operation.
Through COVID, we stayed open and adapted. Contactless payment, phone-based transactions, and a pickup and delivery service were introduced to keep Goulburn residents' laundry moving when movement itself was restricted.
We became a Registered NDIS Provider, enabling us to formally support participants under Category 120 – Household Tasks — laundry and house cleaning. All staff hold current police checks and Working with Children clearances.
